Job description

We are looking for a Data Analyst (AC-TAP) position with a focus on data analysis and management within the Danish Structural Imaging and Biomechanics Analysis Resource (DanSIBAR) . This is a six-year funded position. The envisioned starting date is July 2026 or after depending on the candidate’s availability. DanSIBAR is a national research infrastructure initiative currently in the establishment phase, funded to create an integrated platform for three-dimensional imaging, biomechanical testing, and molecular profiling, enabling holistic analyses of tissue quality from structure to function. The researcher will play a central role in the establishment, development, and scientific operation of DanSIBAR . This includes contributing to the installation and commissioning of equipment, development of data workflows and analysis pipelines, and establishment of operational procedures in close collaboration with the laboratory technician, DanSIBAR leadership, SDU eScience, and external partners.
