Financial Paraplanner & Client Services Team Manager

Description Golden Reserve is looking for an experienced paraplanner and client services team manager to lead our paraplanner team across the country (current team size is 17 paraplanners and growing). This is a player-coach role that is 50% paraplanner and 50% leadership management – as the team grows, more time will be required for leadership management. The expectation will be to establish yourself as a top paraplanner performer over the first 12 months, and we will gradually add to your management and leadership responsibilities as you become more acclimated with your team and our systems. We are a full-service RIA and insurance firm, that built our company trying to not just change the financial industry for the retirees we serve – but for the team of financial professionals we hire. In a short period of time, we have grown to 40+ offices covering 9 states and are just getting started.
