Job Description Maintenance Engineer - Clinton, IA Job Summary: The Maintenance Engineer provides technical and engineering support to maintenance and operations teams to ensure equipment and facilities operate safely and efficiently. This role focuses on troubleshooting, equipment improvements, and maintenance effectiveness. A key emphasis of the position is improving Mean Time To Repair (MTTR) through technician coaching, hands-on support, and continuous improvement of repair practices.
