What’s the role?: As Head of Data Delivery, you will be accountable for enabling business units to autonomously own, govern, and deliver their data products , while ensuring enterprise‑grade delivery standards, scalability, and reliability across Westpac. Reporting to the GM, Enterprise Platform Engineering, Technology, you will lead the end‑to‑end delivery and transformation of data products and data solutions , driving a fundamental shift from fragmented, bespoke delivery approaches to a modern, AI‑enabled, repeatable data delivery model . The role balances the reliable delivery of committed outcomes with the design, proof and industrialisation of new delivery models , ensuring delivery performance is maintained while enterprise data delivery capability is materially uplifted.
