SUMMARY: Shift Leaders act as support to the restaurant managers in daily operations and are responsible for helping to set the tone, ensure memorable guest experiences, resolve issues, and proactively achieve goals. The Shift Leader must be willing to cross-train and master all positions in the restaurant. The primary responsibility of the Shift Leader is ensuring product quality and consistent service on the scheduled shift. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: · Provide excellent guest service.
