Inventory Control Associate Multi Channel

Job description

Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to the following: - Provide support for the stores with all inventory needs and requests, including but not limited to multi-channel issues, researching sales ticket issues, missing and overages in gear, etc. - Oversee, maintain, research and resolve all inventory issues - Daily and year-end accounting - Additional duties as assigned Qualifications: To join our band, you'll need the following experience: - High School diploma or equivalent - 1 year of experience in Guitar Center Operations or Sales - Operations experience is strongly preferred - Experience including, but not limited to, using multi-channel, cycle counting, store reports, shipping & receiving, repairs, dotcom processing, and general sales processing - At least 1 year of Green Screen/POS system experience is required - Versed in Microsoft Suite of programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) - Intermediate Proficiency using Microsoft Excel (building basic formulas, pivot tables, and v-lookups) is strongly preferred - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Able to interact with professionals at all levels within and outside the organization - Strong organizatio...
