Responsibilities: - Lead HCM data migration workshops ; define scope, deliverables, and quality bars. - Serve as the functional SME for SuccessFactors Payroll , aligning configuration with business rules. - Map and validate HR core processes (payroll, benefits, time, org management) with stakeholders. - Document functional specs and data requirements to support build, test, and deployment. - Coordinate with technical teams during conversion cycles; reconcile results and defects. - Establish cutover and parallel run readiness criteria for payroll. - Track issues and decisions; present clear options and risks to project leadership. - Support test planning and execution related to payroll and HR processes. - Provide knowledge transfer and documentation for sustainment teams. Requirements: Proven expertise in SAP HCM/ERP with emphasis on HR processes (Payroll, Benefits, Time, Org Management). Hands‑on functional experience with SuccessFactors Payroll . Demonstrated ability to lead teams through HCM data migration workshops . Strong understanding of HR process best practices and controls.
