Job description

The Workday Financial Reporting & Data Strategy Principal Consultant partners with clients to provide continuous reporting and analytics solutions that enhance their Workday investment. This position is dedicated to optimising Financials data by utilising Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields, and BIRT. Additionally, the consultant supports clients through every stage of extracting, transforming, and loading of Finance data during a Workday implementation. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, enhancement, and support of complex Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics. Serve as a subject matter expert in Workday Finance Reporting, advising clients on best practices and scalable design. Translate business requirements into effective analytics solutions through direct collaboration with functional and technical stakeholders. Support post go-live environments by resolving issues, delivering enhancements, and managing ongoing reporting needs. Assess design options, risks, and downstream impacts, providing clear recommendations aligned to Workday capabilities.
