Job Description We are seeking a qualified candidate to help lead our Night Shift Card Production Team . In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing production flow, strategically placing staff, and executing labor plans to meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs). Previous leadership experience is preferred but not required. This position reports directly to the Operations Manager. Schedule: Night Shift: 7:30 PM – 7:00 AM: Either Monday–Wednesday or Thursday–Friday: What You Will Be Doing: Operate production machines, inserters, printers, bursters, metering machines, and general office equipment. Perform high‑speed, high‑volume production tasks such as embossing, inserting, and sorting card materials. Set up equipment, load materials, clear jams or simple malfunctions, and unload product from equipment. Maintain productivity across all systems while delivering a quality product and meeting production deadlines. Identify and resolve clearly defined operational issues.
