Assistant Manager The Assistant Manager is responsible creating exceptional guest experiences through leading your teams to drive profitable sales. He or she will assist the General Manager in the day-to-day restaurant operations and in managing the staff. These duties will include executing company policies, procedures, and programs. The Assistant General Manager will oversee and coordinate the planning, training and leadership necessary to achieve stated objectives in guest service and satisfaction, employee retention, sales, costs, food quality, cleanliness and sanitation. The Assistant Manager will help to support the company by creating and maintaining an excellent work environment by providing leadership, direction, and development to supervisors and team members alike.
