Assistant Manager The Assistant Manager is responsible creating exceptional guest experiences through leading your teams to drive profitable sales. He or she will assist the General Manager in the day-to-day restaurant operations and in managing the staff. These duties will include executing company policies, procedures, and programs. The Assistant General Manager will oversee and coordinate the planning, training and leadership necessary to achieve stated objectives in guest service and satisfaction, employee retention, sales, costs, food quality, cleanliness and sanitation. The Assistant Manager will help to support the company by creating and maintaining an excellent work environment by providing leadership, direction, and development to supervisors and team members alike. Additional duties may include: Increase overall guest satisfaction - Improved customer satisfaction metrics in social media and other tools utilized - Work with and through teams, including servers, hosts, bussers, bartenders and kitchen, to provide great experiences for guests Grow sales: - Positive Year-Over-Year sales - Achieve sales goals through phenomenal guest experiences Manage Labor Effectively Daily:...
