Position Summary: The Machinist is responsible for setting up and operating a range of machine tools to manufacture high-precision parts and components. The role involves fabricating, modifying, and repairing mechanical parts, tools, and equipment, as well as maintaining industrial machinery as required. The position requires a strong understanding of mechanical principles, workshop mathematics, material properties, technical drawings, and machining processes.
