Position Overview Manifest Health is seeking a proactive, sales-oriented Relationship Manager to own and grow relationships with existing and prospective clients. This role is responsible for maintaining consistent communication, strengthening client engagement, and identifying opportunities to expand partnerships and drive recurring revenue. The ideal candidate is both relationship-driven and commercially minded someone who can build trust while also uncovering opportunities for upselling and long-term account growth. This is an in-person/hybrid role which will require going into an office located in the Princeton area 3-5 days a week. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: - Serve as one of the primary point of contacts for past, current, and prospective clients - Proactively reach out to clients to introduce services, maintain engagement, and ensure consistent communication - Build and nurture long-term relationships to increase client retention and satisfaction - Develop a deep understanding of each client’s needs, goals, and challenges Account Growth & Revenue Generation: - Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Manifest Health's services - Drive recurr...
