Job description

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday: 7:00am Start Sunday - Thursday: 9:00pm Start Purpose: The Sanitation Technician is responsible for the general cleaning of the warehouse, offices, restrooms, break rooms and exterior grounds of the Distribution Center. Responsibilities: - Gather debris and trash such as cardboard, tape, shrink wrap, paper and damaged product resulting from distribution functions, taking items to designated areas for re-coupe or disposal - Track dumped product for proper inventory adjustments and report numbers to the inventory department - Sweep, mop and dust warehouse areas including but not limited to break rooms, restrooms, offices and exterior grounds - Maintain pest control stations as required by SAL policy - Fill out required paperwork for job completion tracking - Safely operate heavy machinery such as pallet jacks, sit down forklift, floor scrubber, and reach trucks - Adhere to company policies, standards and best practices About You: - Must be 18 years of age - High School diploma or equivalent preferred - Successful Completion of Powered Industrial Truck Operators Training (PITOT) certification required.
