Description ECS is a newly established multi-country, multi-brand, omnichannel coffee player within the Lavazza Group. In the context of an ongoing business and digital transformation, we are looking for a Business Data Specialist to act as a key bridge between Business and IT, ensuring data consistency, governance, and value creation across the organization. This role plays a strategic and enabling position in the Group’s Data & AI journey. The Business Data Specialist is Accountable for the Data & AI Strategy & Governance program and for driving the related organizational transformation, ensuring that data becomes a true decision-making asset across all functions and markets. The role requires a strong mix of business acumen, data literacy, stakeholder management, and transformation leadership , operating in a complex, international, and evolving environment.
