Department: 34141 WI Hospice Divisional - Nursing: SCT (Supportive Care Team) Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hou rs Per Week: 40 Schedule Details/Additional Information: Requirements: Work hours are M-F 1600-0000 - 1 Major 1 Minor holiday rotation a year - No On call Pay Range: $35.50 - $53.25 Licensure: - Nurse/Patient Relationship: Develops and maintains a therapeutic relationship throughout the healthcare continuum - 1)Incorporates the concepts of responsibility, accountability, clinical decision-making, authority, shared governance, and critical thinking in daily nursing practice. - 2)Provides individualized care to promote physical and psychosocial comfort. Utilizes principles of optimum pain assessment and management in the delivery of patient care. - 3)Assesses patient and family readiness and involves them in planning and implementing care.
