Responsible for receiving food and beverage, properly storing and rotation products, issuing food and beverage to outlets, cleanliness of all storage areas, inventory of stock and verification that physical count and computer statistics agree. Receives all food and beverage items and transports the items to storage areas immediately. Identifies assigned items and verifies acceptability.
