To reinforce our teams in Basel, Switzerland, we are seeking Research fellows hosted at the Centre for Pathogen Bioinformatics Description: The Centre for Pathogen Bioinformatics (CPB) hosts young researchers during their fellowships in the Basel area. With the groups of Emma Hodcroft , Niko Beerenwinkel , Richard Neher , and Tanja Stadler all based in the Basel life science hub, we offer a world-class research environment in the field of Pathogen Bioinformatics, with particular focus on evolutionary and epidemiological modelling, bioinformatics, statistics, phylogenetics, and large-scale genomic data analysis.
