Description Texas Biomed is seeking a Director, Software Architecture & Development . Are you a strategic and hands-on leader with the experience to drive the architecture, development, testing, and deployment of critical research and enterprise systems? This role is instrumental in supporting and advancing our mission through robust data management, reliable system operations, and compliance with regulatory and funding grant requirements. The Role: Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of enterprise and research systems. Oversee and optimize platforms such as Total Animal Care, CAMP, and LabKey. Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of computing infrastructure. Drive data integrity, governance, and management practices across systems. Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and funding requirements, including SNPRC P51 grant obligations. Collaborate with scientific, veterinary, and administrative teams to align technology solutions with organizational needs. Manage system integrations and ensure seamless data flow across platforms.
