Brief Description The Lab Manager is responsible for overseeing operations of the Chemistry lab in Midland, TX and supporting field operations through laboratory testing, technical guidance, and training. This role manages laboratory activities, maintains lab and field supply inventories, and supports research and development initiatives. The Lab Manager ensures laboratory operations are conducted safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards while providing technical support and training to field personnel on proper laboratory practices. Detailed Description: - Oversee daily operations and activities of the assigned laboratory - Train field personnel on laboratory procedures, testing standards, and best practices - Manage laboratory and field supply inventories to support operational needs - Support and promote research and development initiatives along with the Chemistry Innovation Center - Maintain strong technical knowledge of chemistry principles and laboratory processes - Ensure laboratory activities are conducted with accuracy, quality, and attention to detail - Promote a strong safety culture by participating in safety meetings, hazard identification, and en...
