Hutcheon and Pearce Seasonal Foreman 📍Gunnedah, NSW Position Overview: As the Seasonal Foreman, you will play a key role in overseeing and guiding the Harvester Service Team, ensuring seamless coordination of workloads to maximise efficiency, productivity, and quality repair outcomes. This hands-on leadership position involves actively working alongside the Harvester team (80-90% on the tools) while also managing essential administrative tasks (10-20%) to support smooth operations. Your expertise in both technical repairs and team coordination will be instrumental in delivering high-quality service and maintaining a well-organised, results-driven work environment.
