Hourly Rate: $26.80 JOB SUMMARY: " clubTHRIVE ® is Marriott Vacation Club's branded program for fitness and wellness activities. clubTHRIVE takes fitness out of the gym and into a resort setting at vacation destinations around the world. As a clubTHRIVE Fitness Instructor you have the opportunity to make fitness fun by delivering classes tailored to the vacation lifestyle. Our programs are built around four focus areas: Refuel, Renew, Move and Explore; designed to make vacations healthy and uplifting -- benefiting both physical and mental well-being. We are looking for energetic and passionate fitness instructors who are eager to embrace the clubTHRIVE mission of delivering optimal fitness programs while creating memorable vacation experiences. CORE WORK ACTIVITIES: Instruct group fitness classes to the ability of the Owners and guests participating (e.g., aqua aerobics, stretching, mind body, cardio/strength, outdoor nature walks, senior classes and youth classes). Deliver classes with an enthusiastic and engaging teaching style to promote a safe, fun, and relaxing atmosphere for guests.
