Head of Property — Sydney Support Office If you've spent your career finding the right sites, finding the best commercial outcome with major landlords, and delivering store openings when needed — Harris Farm is ready for you. About the Role: Harris Farm is growing. We have 30+ stores across NSW, ACT and QLD, and more on the way. As Head of Property, you'll own the physical footprint of this business from site acquisition and lease negotiation through to store development, refurbishment, and ongoing portfolio management. You'll be our senior property voice, working directly with the Department Head, Co-CEOs and Finance to make sure every property decision is commercially sound and strategically aligned. This is a role with real weight and real opportunity to shape something lasting in a family business that's been doing this since 1971.
