Stellenbeschreibung: As our new Workplace Assistant (f/m/d) at Ubisoft Mainz, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations at the entrance and handling all front desk-related requests. In close collaboration with the Workplace Managers and Specialists, you will carry out recurring and standardized tasks to manage to entrance area, along with additional responsibilities. In addition to visitor management, the front desk is responsible for the processing and booking travel requests, responding to, distributing, and declining incoming messages, mail, and calls from external parties.
