TRANSPORTATION ENGINEER IN TRAINING (EIT) Job Location: EIT PROGRAM 205 S 17th Ave Phoenix AZ 85007 Posting Details: Anticipated Hourly: $31.96 Anticipated Salary: $66,477.84 Grade: 22: Closing Date: April 27th, 2026: Job Summary: Applies Engineering technology to the planning, functional design, operation and management of transportation facilities in order to provide for the safe,efficient, and economical movement of people and goods. Assignments require working in the field in various weather conditions, in-state overnight travel. Rotate during EIT program through different areas of assignment including construction, project management, and design. This position may offer the ability to work remotely, within Arizona, based upon the department's business needs and continual meeting of expected performance measures.
