POSITION SUMMARY: The Turnover Specialist will be responsible for bringing vacant apartments to a Market Ready status within 7 working days. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Remove heavy objects weighing up to 50 pounds. - Rekey locks. - Patch and repair drywall. - Repair minor electrical, plumbing and carpentry issues. - Complete minor Service Requests. - Ensure 30-minute response time to Emergency Service Requests and property disasters (fires, floods, freezes, etc.). - Ensure safety protocol is being followed. - Other duties as assigned.
