Job description

Position Summary The Facilities Worker II is a key member of the Office of Housing Administration and Housing Facilities Services team at SDSU, supporting the mission, vision, and values of the department through hands-on maintenance and repair work. Under the general supervision of the Maintenance Manager, this role performs a wide range of semi-skilled and basic maintenance, repair, and renovation tasks across multiple trades, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing. The incumbent plays an essential role in maintaining safe, functional, and well-kept facilities while contributing to a collaborative, inclusive, and service-oriented campus environment.
