Administrative Duties: Provide the schedules of residents for ward and elective rotations at the JMH/ UMH and any changes to the departmental office, ascertaining appropriate back-up for residents. Formally 01ient resident staff at the beginning of each rotation and obtain on-going feedback on educational and clinical issues affecting training at JMH/UMH. Provide leadership to the training program through pmiicipation in the Education Committee, Clinical Competence Committee, Selection Committee, resident interview and recruitment process.
