Description G1 Facility Services is a leading facility maintenance and construction provider, proudly serving customers nationally. We provide facility and preventative maintenance services to aviation, government, and commercial facilities throughout the United States and the Caribbean. With over two decades of experience in the maintenance and construction industries, we are seeking to add a HVAC Technician to our dynamic team. Scope of Work: The successful candidate will install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in a commercial Facility setting, in accordance with company standards and manufacturer specifications Compensation: $45.00 - $57.00 per hour (Based on Experience), medical, vision, dental, life insurance, 401k Available Shifts: 2:00pm – 10:30pm, 10:30pm - 6:30am. Days off to be Determined Responsibilities: - Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems - Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical issues - Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance - Test systems and adjust for proper operation and efficiency - Respond promptly and professionally to service calls - Follow all safety procedures and guidelines including handling refrigerants and other ha...
