The Plant Manager directs production, distribution, maintenance, receiving, and supervision operations for the Plant. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS FOR THIS POSITION: - Lead all departments in the plant to maintain safety, quality, and efficient production. - Coordinate production, distribution, and warehousing functions in accordance with established policies, principles, and procedures. - Develop and implement plans, policies and procedures for efficient use of materials, machines, and employees. - Review and analyze production costs and product quality and modify production and inventory control programs to maintain and enhance profitable operation of the plant. - Direct preparation of production, human resources and labor/costs records. - Recommend budgets to management. - Manage Pay for Skills program for production employees. - Maintain positive working relationship with sales management and customer service management. - Sys...
