This role ensures that client care is delivered efficiently and with attention to quality, consistency, and compliance; also may be directly involved in the recruitment and hiring process for the agency.. Responsibilities: 7. Be available by phone for all staffing concerns/questions. 8. Act as emergency fill-in for all private duty clients. 9. Be available to meet at a client’s home with new staff members to acclimate them to the surroundings and ensure adherence to company policies 10.
