Global Talent Management Senior Manager - Engineering Test and Technology Company: The Boeing Company The Boeing Company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Global Talent Management Senior Manager to join our team supporting our Engineering Test and Technology (ET&T) organization. This role can be based in Berkeley, MO; Seattle, WA, or North Charleston, SC. The Global Talent Management Partner is an essential member of both the Center of Excellence leadership team and the ET&T Human Resources (HR) leadership team. The top 3 priorities of this role are as follows: Lead communication, coordination and execution of key Global Talent Management (GTM) Strategies Adapt Enterprise Tools to ensure fit for our engineering population Facilitate Key GTM Processes: Position Responsibilities: Serve as a member of the Human Resources (HR) leadership team fully steeped in both ET&T and GTM strategy and able to speak to all GTM tools, plans, and application Act as the voice of ET&T in GTM strategy and design, ensuring that GTM objectives and priorities are aligned to critical business problems to solve Lead the communication, coordination, and execution of key GTM Strategies Support Human Resourc...
