Role Description: This role will be responsible for operational people services delivery to all Arcadians, providing local expertise, advice, proactive solutions, and quality support through appropriate people frameworks, policies and procedures. The People Advisor role reports directly to the People Services Manager. Role Accountabilities: The main responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to: Act as a trusted advisor & member of the People Services Team As a member of the Local People Service team, the People Advisor will establish trusted relationships with employees & line managers and provide front line advisory support on people initiatives, programs, or challenges.
