You will have a track record of successfully learning, assessing and teaching in a further education college. You will be able to lead, inspire and manage a team of staff to achieve outstanding standards. You will have a good understanding of providing effective and efficient organisation of curriculum delivery. You will convey high expectations for learners and staff, develop an outstanding curriculum provision ensuring high standards of achievement and working within financial budgets. You will ensure that all learners within the Sports curriculum area have an excellent quality learning experience and achieve their qualifications.
