BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee is hiring a Software Engineer that will play a hands‑on role in implementing and supporting AI development lifecycle tools that enable teams to build, test, deploy, and operate AI solutions in a cloud‑based environment. Rather than focusing on feature development in a single programming language, this role centers on integrating and operationalizing standardized AI SDLC tooling and patterns that support both large‑language‑model (LLM) use cases, such as prompting and retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG), as well as more classical machine‑learning workflows. Working closely with senior engineers, product teams, architects, and platform partners, this Software Engineer will help embed AI capabilities into existing SDLC processes , including model development, testing, deployment, and early lifecycle monitoring.
