This role is responsible for maintaining efficient systems, supporting staff, coordinating program activities, and ensuring compliance with organizational and funder requirements. The Director of Program Operations will provide: Program Operations & Administrative Support Manage contract registration workflow in coordination with grant and contract management team Provide administrative support to the Program Leadership Teams and all program staff, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of daily operations Support overall program infrastructure, including HR-related systems and internal processes (e.g., CAPS, TMS, LOS, AWARDS) Assist with timecard management and related administrative tracking Troubleshoot and implement innov...
