Location: McLean,Virginia,United States POSITION SUMMARY: Cassaday & Company, Inc. is seeking an Investment Operations Associate to join the Investment Management & Research (IMR) team in McLean, Virginia. This role focuses on investment data integrity, performance and cost basis reporting, and operational support across portfolio management and trading functions, while also assisting with investment research initiatives, analytical projects, and investment-related communications. RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain and audit investment data across portfolio accounting and reporting systems, with a focus on cost basis accuracy and reconciliation. Support the firm’s GIPS® verification process through data preparation, validation, and auditor coordination. Prepare investment analyses and materials for internal and client-facing use. Coordinate fund manager due diligence processes, including meeting scheduling, documentation, and follow-up tracking. Support Investment Policy Committee (IPC) meeting preparation, logistics , and materials. Assist with departmental reporting and operational workflow management across IMR and Trading functions.
