Join us at The Great Aussie Bush Camp Kincumber as a Night Supervisor , where you’ll play an important role in ensuring the safety, wellbeing, and comfort of young campers during their overnight stay. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys responsibility, communicates well, and wants to make a positive difference in a unique outdoor environment. Hours of Work: Monday to Thursday – 9.00 pm to 2.00 am What You’ll Do: - Maintain a visible presence around camp and ensure camper safety throughout the night - Monitor behaviour and noise levels to support a positive environment - Assist children who may feel unsettled, anxious, or homesick - Conduct regular patrols and respond to reasonable requests from teachers and clients - Manage first aid situations or emergencies in line with procedures - Communicate with teachers about any concerns or student needs - Record overnight issues for the Centre Manager’s review What You’ll Bring: - Able to work independently and confidently in a solo role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Calm, patient, and approachable demeanour - Good judgement and ability...
