H2M architects + engineers, a multidisciplinary architectural, engineering, and environmental consulting firm is seeking a Water/Wastewater Engineering Practice Leader to grow, develop, support and enhance our scope of Water and Wastewater services work in a Doer-Seller role. The successful candidate will provide project management expertise, business development, client relationship management and coordination of key Water/Wastewater and Municipal services. This role will be responsible for strategically growing business development efforts along with supporting technical aspects of water/wastewater and municipal projects/operations for our Boca Raton, FL office. Job Responsibilities: - Assist in the develop and implementation of strategy for further development in the Water/Wastewater Groups. - Work with the Market Leader and/or Discipline Director to implement a plan for growth of the market in existing and new service areas, as well as new areas as highlighted in the annual business plan for the Market. - Financial proficiency in establishing project related fees and aggressive revenue projections and profit margins is required. - Ability to manage a team of professionals. - Wo...
