ABOUT THIS POSITION: Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain robust and scalable software applications and services on the Waystar Claims platform. You will work across C#/.NET microservices, event-driven messaging, cloud-native Kubernetes infrastructure, and SQL Server data tiers to deliver high-quality, high-performance healthcare revenue cycle solutions. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain robust and scalable software applications and services using C#/.NET. Collaborate with product owners, architects, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable development plans. Write clean, efficient, well-documented, and maintainable code adhering to Waystar's coding standards and best practices. Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring high code quality. Troubleshoot and debug complex software issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
