Employment Type: Full time Shift: Day Shift Description: Position Summary: The Lead Medical Assistant (Lead MA) provides hands-on clinical support while serving as the primary clinical lead for the Medical Assistant team within the Neuroscience Service Line, which includes Neurology, Neurosurgery, Stroke, and ALS clinics. This role ensures consistent clinical workflows, quality standards, staff competency, and effective communication between Medical Assistants, providers, and leadership. The Lead MA remains a clinical role, maintaining direct patient care responsibilities while supporting operational excellence and staff development.
