Kody is redefining the payments landscape, providing businesses with cutting edge payment solutions that drive profitability. Having successfully developed in the UK and APAC, we are seeking an experienced key account manager in the US to ensure our clients are served at high quality. This role will also require the candidate to undertake sales responsibilities. This is a role requiring a blend of strategic vision and operational execution. You will work closely with internal stakeholders across product, marketing, and operations to ensure the operation and commercial function is optimised for growth. What You’ll Be Doing: - Develop and execute commercial strategies that align with company objectives and market opportunities. - Negotiate complex, high-value deals with merchants and partners, ensuring optimal pricing - Build and nurture client relationships by understanding their needs, aligning Kody’s products and services with their goals, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. - Work closely with Customer Operations to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing account management for all merchants, optimising customer experience and reducing churn. - Identify...
