FAC ENGINEERING/ASSISTANT MAINTENANCE MANAGER

Job description

Position Summary: Assist in supervising a staff of facilities maintenance technicians who perform maintenance services, implement preventive maintenance programs and perform energy maintenance repairs for retail stores and company facilities, buildings and grounds. Essential Job Functions: - Perform all functions and duties of the maintenance role with direct guidance and oversight from the maintenance manager. - Assist in managing maintenance budgets, service levels and repair effectiveness. - Partner with the maintenance manager to provide oversight for company and EPA regulations associated with refrigerant usage and manage to ensure compliance. - Identify the training and training resources needed for technician staff to comply with EPA, OSHA, and company standards. - Assist in developing and executing the divisions equipment break/fix maintenance and preventative maintenance programs. - Manage third-party contracted maintenance service as directed. - Reduce energy costs by incorporating best practices into maintenance technicians daily activities. - Take immediate action with...
