Lead the strategic development of omni-channel platforms that connect patients, physicians, and healthcare professionals with life-changing treatments across multiple therapy areas. Your new role: As Omnichannel Customer Engagement (OCE) Lead, you'll drive the strategic development and optimization of our omni-channel customer engagement initiatives. You'll be at the intersection of digital innovation, customer experience, and commercial strategy – shaping how we engage with healthcare professionals and patients across our key therapy areas. Your key responsibilities will include: - Establishing digital customer engagement priorities across therapy areas, including end-to-end patient journey development – mapping journeys, identifying gaps, and delivering solutions - Defining the overarching OCE strategy with measurable KPIs, leading performance monitoring, data analysis, and visualization - Translating strategies into actionable execution concepts for digital channels, ensuring platform functionality aligns with business goals - Providing subject-matter expertise on OCE topics, continuously optimizing user experience a...
