We are looking for a Casual Nurse to join our team! Job Summary: Reporting to a designated Manager or Director—and in collaboration with agency treatment staff—the Nurse is responsible for coordinating, providing, and ensuring quality health care to all clients residing in a Wood’s Homes program. The Nurse will also work with medical, hospital and community services to provide quality health care support, continuity, education, and follow up for children, youth, and their families. The Nurse will demonstrate due diligence in being Exceptional in the delivery of high-quality services and in meeting the requirements of the Health and Safety Management System at Wood’s Homes.
