Job Title: Alternative Payments Collections Associate About the Role: You will be responsible for the collection, via systemic dialing, of unpaid consumer debt in a call center environment. You will be collecting, on accounts in compliance with applicable regulations and internal performance standards to achieve a pre-set goal objective. Providing daily coverage of all accounts until payment arrangements have been made. Detailing all discussions and actions in collections system or database. Completing special projects as assigned.
