Overview: Pay starts at $36.90/hr, Pay will commensurate with experience Schedule- 8am-5pm 3 days per week, Mondays mandatory, other days are flexible. On call and weekend roatation Valid Ohio driver’s license and proof of auto insurance is required by hospital policy. Must pass a motor vehicle background inspection, insurance eligibility, driving qualifications and training set forth by Nationwide Children’s Hospital and must maintain qualification of insurance guidelines. Job Description Summary: Coordinates and provides clinical care for patients transitioning to the home setting utilizing an Evidence-Based Practice approach. Practices professional nursing and promotes patient advocacy in accordance with the ANA Code of Ethics for Nurses.
