Job description

The Private Markets Operations Specialist plays a key role in supporting the full investment lifecycle of Private Debt funds and mandates. This position ensures operational excellence across fund administration, deal closings, investor servicing, and reporting processes, while driving workflow optimization and automation. The role serves as an operational interface between internal investment teams, external service providers, and clients to ensure accurate, efficient, and compliant execution of all business-as-usual (BAU) and change activities. What you do: - Fund Administration and Investment Support - Coordinate and oversee fund administration activities, including cash management, investor reporting, and reconciliation. - Support the Investment Team throughout the deal closing process by preparing funding documentation and ensuring timely and accurate execution. - Supervise closing and funding operations, ensuring adherence to internal controls and regulatory requirements. - Ensure accuracy and completeness of interest and principal payments. - Liaise with clients and custodians on operational, tax, and reporting matters. - Business-as-Usual (BAU) Operations - Manage data handl...
