ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Supports a strong commitment to world class guest service and ensures a pleasant and enjoyable dining experience for restaurant patrons. Functions as location’s expert on bar systems, recipes, procedures and knowledge of liquor, wine and beer served. Completes all training requirements. Greets bar guests promptly. Uses suggestive selling techniques. Records beverage order, enters order into computer system, prepares drink in accordance to established guidelines and delivers drink to guest.
