Job Family: Technology Consulting Travel Required: Up to 75%+ Clearance Required: None Guidehouse’s Health Technology Consulting (HTC) practice is looking for an Associate Director to lead revenue cycle technology engagements across our Commercial Health client portfolio. This person will serve as a senior advisor to health system executives, guiding clients through the full lifecycle of revenue cycle technology work: strategy, platform assessment, implementation oversight, and post-live optimization. The revenue cycle technology market is saturated with generalists. Our clients need someone who has been inside these platforms, who understands what the configuration decisions actually mean for billing operations, and who can speak honestly about where the technology falls short and what to do about it. This is a client-facing leadership role. The Associate Director will own executive relationships, lead engagement teams, contribute to business development, and bring deep technical credibility to every conversation.
