Who we are looking for The Chief Data Office at State Street is seeking an accomplished leader to join the Client 360 Program—a strategic, cross‑functional data product integrating client, custody, SSIM, and engagement insights into a unified enterprise view. As the Business Analysis Manager, you will establish the Client 360 business analysis and data analysis practice and lead a high‑performing team of Business and Data Analysts. You will partner closely with global Product Owners, Solution Design, Delivery Teams, and data stakeholders to drive a consistent, high‑quality approach to requirements, analysis, and solution delivery. This role can be performed in a hybrid model, where you can balance work from home and office to match your needs and role requirements.
